Carolyn Green, Continence Clinical Lead at the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
I trained in Nottingham and at The Royal London Hospital. I worked in paediatrics and adult surgical ward specialising in bowel surgery whilst at Nottingham, medical wards in London. I then undertook my District Nurse training in Tower Hamlets before moving to Staffordshire in the 1990’s, where I worked as a District Nurse. For the last 12 years I have worked as a Continence Nurse Specialist and currently Clinical Lead, within the community setting. I am totally empathetic about the inequalities in continence care provision and passionate in working to improve patients quality of life.
